Transparent. Fair. Explained simply.
With VeeDoo, you know exactly where you stand from the very beginning. The client pays the agreed-upon final price for the job. The platform fee is automatically deducted when the payment is made to the helper.
Platform fee per successful order
The fee is charged only for successfully placed orders and is clearly displayed during the matching process.
What are the fees?
For each successfully matched job, a platform fee of 25% of the agreed-upon job price is currently charged. This fee is automatically deducted when the payment is made to the helper.
Final price for Needer
The buyer always pays the agreed-upon contract price. This price is the final price of the contract.
Deducted automatically
The platform fee is automatically deducted when the payment is made to the helper. No manual calculation is required.
Visible to both
The fee is displayed as a value during the matching process so that both parties can see how the order is structured.
The platform fee covers, among other things
- payment processing through secure payment providers
- App Store Fees and Technical Requirements
- the technical operation of the VeeDoo platform
- Support, Maintenance, and System Improvements
- the further development of VeeDoo
What does that mean in practice?
- The buyer shall pay the agreed contract price.
- The helper receives the payment minus the platform fee.
- Helpers can factor the fee into their pricing.
- As a result, the fee is indirectly borne by both parties.
- The process remains transparent and traceable.
In short: You can see what's happening.
VeeDoo handles matching, secure payment, and the technical infrastructure. The Needer pays the agreed-upon final price. The Helper receives the payment minus the platform fee.
