After a successful match, users can communicate with each other via a built-in chat feature.

8. Grading System 

After completing a job, users can rate each other.

  • Rating stars 
  • Reviews 
  • Valuation dates

9. BEATS Status System 

The platform uses a status and points system ("BEATS").

  • Activities on the platform

Payment processing is handled by external payment service providers.

Users can turn off push notifications at any time in their device settings.
