VeeDoo is a digital platform that connects people with tasks to people who have the right skills, time, and motivation. A requester creates a job. A helper can accept the job or submit a suitable offer.
VeeDoo is not the service provider, the contractor, or the quality inspector for each individual service. VeeDoo provides the platform to ensure that matching, payment, rules, and reviews are handled in a clearly structured manner.

At VeeDoo, a job is handled in clear, straightforward steps. The requester describes what needs to be done, when, where, and at what price. Helpers can respond or submit a suitable offer.
If both parties agree, the match is confirmed and the payment is securely held.
There is no open pre-match chat. This keeps the process fast, fair, and straightforward. The task should be described clearly enough that Helpers understand what is required.
Once the match has been confirmed, the chat will be unlocked. You can then finalize the meeting place, details, and any last-minute arrangements.
The payment is held in escrow for the duration of the match. This makes it clear to both parties: the requester has made the payment available, and the helper can be confident that the amount will be paid out upon successful completion.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. VeeDoo does not handle third-party funds itself.

- No price changes after the match.
Once the task has been completed, the helper marks the request as completed. The requester then receives a notification and can confirm that everything has been taken care of.
Once the requester confirms "All done," the payment to the helper is processed. If something is wrong, the requester can report a problem.
VeeDoo only intervenes in clear, objective cases. The platform is designed to facilitate quick resolutions, not to serve as an endless arbitration process aimed at subjective satisfaction.
- Helper does not appear: full refund for the Needer.
- If Needer does not show up: full payment to the helper.
- Quality control: 75% is paid out, 25% is reviewed.
Once the match is over, the agreed-upon price is final. There is no provision for renegotiating the price afterward. This rule protects both parties and ensures that the cost of the job remains predictable.
- Additional work: A new order should be created for this.
- Reduced service: There is no automatic refund.
- Unclear tasks: Describe them as precisely as possible before the match.
After a job is completed, both parties can leave a review. Reviews help the community determine who is reliable, friendly, and fair.
Ratings are given on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and organized into categories. Reviews are only visible once both parties have submitted their ratings.
A no-show occurs when a confirmed participant fails to show up. Since a match is binding, clear rules apply in such cases.
- If the helper does not show up, the requester will receive a full refund.
- If the debtor fails to appear, the full amount is due.
- Repeated unreliable behavior may result in disciplinary action.

Helpers and those in need act on their own initiative. Both sides must ensure that tasks can be carried out safely, legally, and realistically.

VeeDoo only works when requests are clear, payments are secure, and agreements are binding. These rules ensure that both requesters and helpers know exactly what they’re getting into.
Most orders go smoothly. For the few instances where something goes wrong, we need clear procedures rather than endless case-by-case discussions.
