🧭 VeeDoo Guide

Here's how to use VeeDoo correctly.

VeeDoo connects people who need quick help with everyday tasks to people who want to take on flexible jobs and earn money. This guide explains, step by step, how to use VeeDoo safely, fairly, and effectively.

One app. Two options.

As a Needer, you'll quickly find support. As a Helper, you'll find suitable jobs near you. Simple, direct, and practical for everyday life.

Needer You need help, so you post a job.
Helper You're looking for work and want to earn money on your own terms.

VeeDoo is a platform where people can easily find help with everyday tasks or take on small jobs themselves. It’s all about practical tasks like mowing the lawn, moving furniture, washing a car, running errands, helping out around the house, or other everyday chores where you need someone right away.

The idea behind it is simple: Anyone who needs help creates a job. Anyone who wants to help can find suitable tasks nearby. This creates a direct connection between those in need and those willing to help.

Note: VeeDoo is designed to make everyday life easier—fast, local, and hassle-free.

After opening the app, create your profile. Provide accurate and complete information so that other users know who they're dealing with. A well-organized profile builds trust and increases the likelihood that jobs will be accepted or requests confirmed.

Make sure to use a clear name, an appropriate description, and accurate contact and location information within the app. The more professional your profile looks, the more effective VeeDoo will be for you.

There are two main roles on VeeDoo. As a "Needer," you're the person who needs help. You create a job, describe your problem, and wait for suitable offers from helpers.

As a Helper, you're someone who wants to help others. You choose jobs that fit your skills, your schedule, and your location. This way, you can earn money flexibly while helping others at the same time.

Important: You should only create or accept tasks that are described in a realistic, legal, and fair manner.

If you need help, create a new job. Clearly describe what needs to be done, when it needs to be completed, where the job will take place, and any important details.

Good examples include: “Mow the lawn, about 40 square meters, lawn mower provided, today starting at 4 p.m.” or “Carry two boxes out of the basement, takes about 20 minutes.” The more specific you are, the faster helpers can figure out if the job is a good fit for them.

Tip: A clear description saves time by preventing follow-up questions and makes your job more appealing to volunteers.

As a helper, you can search for jobs that suit you. Make sure the location, time, task, and pay are right for you. Only accept jobs that you can reliably complete.

Since direct chat isn't unlocked until after a match has been confirmed, you should carefully review the job description beforehand. Only apply for tasks where the description, pictures, and details clearly indicate what needs to be done.

If important information isn't clear, you shouldn't accept the job too quickly. That's why it's especially important for Needer to describe their tasks as completely as possible.

As soon as a job is posted online, suitable helpers can respond to it. The person posting the job can then decide which request is the best fit. Factors such as price and distance are important, but so are reliability, demeanor, and reviews.

As a Helper, you should write in a friendly, clear, and courteous manner. As a Needer, you should review the request and only confirm it if you really want that person to take on the job.

As soon as the match is confirmed, the chat between the requester and the helper will be enabled.

Now we can go over any remaining details—such as the exact meeting place, necessary materials, the schedule, or other important information.

Please be friendly, clear, and respectful with one another. Important discussions should take place within the VeeDoo chat whenever possible, so that the process remains transparent for both sides.

Note: The clearer the instructions, the better the job goes.

The price should be appropriate for the task. Take into account the duration, effort involved, distance, tools required, and difficulty. A fair price increases the likelihood that you’ll find a suitable helper quickly.

For small tasks, a modest amount may be appropriate. For physically demanding, time-consuming, or last-minute tasks, the pay should be correspondingly higher.

Safety always comes first. Don't accept any tasks that are dangerous, illegal, or untrustworthy. As a Helper, you shouldn't accept jobs that make you feel uncomfortable or that are beyond your abilities.

When working with tools, heavy objects, animals, children, vehicles, or in sensitive areas, it is especially important to clearly discuss exactly what needs to be done and what responsibilities are involved.

Important: If something feels off, it's better to ask questions or decline the job.

Once a job has been confirmed, both parties should be reliable. The Helper arrives on time and completes the task as agreed. The Needer makes sure that everything needed for the job is ready.

If anything changes, the other person must be notified in a timely manner. Brief updates help build trust and prevent misunderstandings.

Once the task is complete, the job is confirmed through the designated completion process. The Helper provides the PIN for this purpose, and the Needer uses it to confirm successful completion in the app.

If neither a confirmation nor a problem report is received within 12 hours, the payout will be triggered automatically.

After a job, reviews can help build trust within the platform. Good reviews show other users that someone is reliable, friendly, and thorough.

Please rate fairly and honestly. The goal isn't to unfairly criticize anyone, but to provide other users with a realistic assessment.

If something didn't go as planned, you can file a ticket in VeeDoo.

The requester and helper can then continue to communicate with each other and work together to find a fair solution.

To do this, both parties can choose what percentage of the payment should be paid to the helper: 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, or 100%.

An agreement can only be reached if both parties make the same choice.

Both sides have 48 hours to do so. If no mutual agreement is reached, the default split of 60% for the Helper and 40% for the Needer remains in effect.

Important: Both parties must select the same percentage for an agreement to be valid.

Use VeeDoo as specifically as possible. As a requester, you should describe tasks clearly, set fair prices, and respond quickly to requests. As a helper, you should only accept jobs that you can reliably complete.

Good communication, punctuality, honest information, and respectful interaction ensure that VeeDoo works for both sides. This creates a platform where getting help with everyday tasks is truly easy.

The VeeDoo Principle: Provide quick assistance, act fairly, and remain reliable.

VeeDoo makes everyday life easier.

Whether you need help or want to earn money yourself, VeeDoo offers clear job listings, fair communication, and a reliable service, making it a quick solution to everyday problems.
